Khodorkovsky Presents Short Novels on His Imprisonment

When released from prison, Mikhail Khodorkovsky wrote a book about what he had to face in prison.

      The short novels under the title Prison People will be published by the Alpina Publisher. The book will tell about prison and prisoners. The former head of Yukos spent more than 10 years in prison, so he has a lot to tell the readers who are not indifferent to living conditions in prison and experience of one of the most known Russian prisoners.

      Some of these short novels have been published separately. Besides, a small collection of Khodorkovsky’s short stories was set forth last autumn. The book of 17 short stories was published in France with the preface written by his children.

      After the pardon signed by Putin in December, 2013, the former oligarch Khodorkovsky with his family is going to get residence permit in Switzerland.
