The museum and exhibition center Petersburg Artist is holding an exhibition of sculpture and painting by Vyacheslav Chebotar.

      He is a well-known Petersburg painter, sculptor and architect. The exhibition presents more than a hundred monumental and easel canvasses and a number of sculptures.

      The displayed works from the famous series include We are Building BAM, Repentance and Unification, The Holy Sepulcher. Jerusalem, and Divine Liturgy. Athos. Among his sculptural works a special place belongs to a bronze model for gravestone of the imperial family of Nicholas II and a model of monument to St Andrew the Apostle. No less interesting are versions of architectural models of the memorial cathedral Repentance and Unification.

      Vyacheslav Chebotar’s creativity has been repeatedly awarded with Russian and foreign prizes.

      The artist is the rector of the Vyacheslav Chebotar Academy founded by him. His works are kept in state collections, such as the St. Petersburg History Museum, the North Baikal Art Gallery, the memorial complex Brest Hero Fortress and in various private collections in Russia and abroad.
