Several federal agencies and state-owned companies may be transferred to the Far East, as the RF Presidential Envoy in the Far East Federal District Yury Trutnev claimed.
According to Trutnev, the Prime Minister gave the instruction to transfer a number of large state-owned companies and a number of executive power federal agencies to the Far East. This refers to the transfer of offices, employees, and, in the case of companies, the transfer of tax base. Within a month the Ministry of the Far East Development and the Deputy Prime Minister in charge are to develop proposals on the list of companies and agencies that may be transferred.
