3.3 trillion roubles may be sent for the development of the Far East by 2020.

A total of 3.3 trillion roubles may be invested in the development of the Far East by 2020, a correspondent of “Gazeta.Ru” reports. “For the time being it is a forecast. We hope that every rouble of the budget will bring at least 10 roubles from non-budgetary sources” - the Deputy Prime Minister Yury Trutnev claimed.

Total investment in the creation of development institutions in the Far East is estimated at 170 billion roubles; the possibility of allocating these funds is being discussed now with the Ministry of Finance. This refers to the creation of the Fund for the Far East Development, which can get 100 billion roubles, as well as to “Development of the Far East” OJSC which will get 69 billion roubles. “Different options are being considered, not limited to budgetary funds” - Deputy Prime Minister said.
