Multifunctional ecological complex Zapovednoye Posolstvo projected to be in Moscow's heart, in Zaryadye Park which will be located in Hotel Russia's place. The full name of the complex is Environmental Education, Entertainment and Training Complex.

      It will combine the features of 45 Russian national parks, 102 nature reserves and 140 open-air museums. According to the Ministry of Nature of Russian Federation, the project will become an infotainment "nature museum" with interactive exhibition, the creation of which is also aimed at the development of ecological tourism in Russia. The partners of Zapovednoye Posolstvo will include, primarily, the parks and nature reserves located in country's European part: national parks of Ugra, Smolenskoye Poozyorye, Meshchyora, Kenozersky, Pleshsheyevo Lake; Polistovsky reserve and large reserves of other regions: Baikalsky, Khakassky and Udegeyskaya Legenda national park.  Zaryadye Park will be divided into four landscape zones presented in Russia – swamp, forest, steppe and tundra – with trees and herbs typical to each zone.
