The atlas for fans of cycling journeys was issued in Ulyanovsk Oblast. The site of the regional government reports about this event. The atlas includes routes, designed for both, novice and experienced cyclists. 

      Department of Mass Communications of Ulyanovsk Oblast and representative of Simbike cycling club from Ulyanovsk Tatiana Derzhavina have implemented this idea. 

      Editorial boards of regional newspapers of Ulyanovsk region, professionals from district administrations, who work with youth and cycling fans, took an active part in gathering information for the atlas. The atlas was printed in September, 2013 and presented to readers on November 16, 2013 at the award ceremony for winners of different cycling contests. Atlas explains the cycling routes for both, experienced cyclists and beginners as well. In the atlas there are shown rail and auto ways of reaching the route. Travelers can get to region's distant spots by public transport or cars and then continue the journey on their own. 

      This is the first such publication in the region. "It has to be noted that the routes are linked to historical sites of the region, temple buildings, holy springs, interesting geographical landscapes, places covered with legends and tales,” – Tatiana Derzhavina, the author of atlas said. As per her, all the routes pass close to the settlements, along the highways and dirt roads.
