Moscow tourist ads were placed on double decker buses in European cities.
Moscow City Committee on Tourism and Hotel Industry (Moskomturizm) reports that the first phase of Moscow advertising campaign was launched this fall. The advertisements of Russian capital have appeared on double-decker buses of City Sightseeing brand in London, Rome, Berlin, Amsterdam, Tallinn, Milan, in the Spanish cities of Seville, Malaga, Cordoba, Granada, as well as in St. Petersburg and Kazan. The advertising campaign will last until December, 2013 inclusive.
According to Moscow City Committee on Tourism and Hotel Industry, choosing advertising media as a tool for promotion of Moscow was determined by high popularity of open top double-decker tours over the world cities.
