Kostroma administration is working on promotion of the touristic brand of “Magic Kostroma the birthplace of Snegurochka".

      As part of collaboration with Google it reached a preliminary agreement on the creation and placement of Google Doodle (funny celebratory version of Google home page logo) Snegurochka in April, 2013. Snegurochka Doodle will be seen by millions of internet users around the world.

      Kostroma authorities believe that it will help to attract to the city more tourists. “Magic Kostroma the birthplace of Snegurochka” brand was announced by city authorities one of the city’s major tourist symbols.
