4th "Air Festival" of ultralight aviation went off on para-glider and hang-glider airdrome near Mount "Kazachya" (in Nizhniy Sayantuy and Vakhmistrovo villages). This year the organizers switched the format of festival to a picnic. Some entertainment was added to the competitive part, significantly increasing the scale of event.

Para-glider, hang-glider and powered para-glider, model airplanes pilots and skydivers competed in landing accuracy and demonstrations. Spectators and guests of the festival were able to fly in a tandem para-glider. They joined the demonstration of model aircrafts constructed by members of Urban Engineers Club. Also, they met the members of international "Trans-Eurasian Lehman-Baikal flight" expedition, who conduct comprehensive researches on Lake Baikal since the beginning of this summer. A separate program, like kite flying and demonstration performances, was organized for kids.
