The exposition of the Military Historical Museum of Artillery, Engineers and Signal Corps was enriched with the mock Battle of Borodino.

The author, Michael Parfenov disposed on the model battlefield about one and a half thousand three-dimensional figures of cavalrymen, infantry, officers and generals of both armies, more than a hundred pieces of artillery, limbers and carriages.

All the figures wear authentic uniforms of Patriotic War of 1812. The author worked on this project for a few years. At the moment the model of Battle of Borodino has already been placed in one of the museum rooms and now it holds the central place in exposition, dedicated to Field Marshal Mikhail Kutuzov and the Patriotic War of 1812.
