25.12.2005 00:00

This year about six per cent of the Russians have celebrated Christmas by the Gregorian calendar, analytics say.
In previous years this figure reached 16 per cent.
On Christmas Eve the Head of the Moscow catholic eparchy Tadeush Kondrusevich pontificated in the Immaculate Conception Cathedral in Malaya Gruzinskaya Street, Moscow.
Masses in the Russian, Polish, Spanish, French, English and other languages have been celebrated in other Moscow catholic cathedrals as well.
