The Ural Chorus prepares a new programme for the celebration of 400-year anniversary of the Romanovs' residence. These days the repetitions of a unique project are taking place. There were no analogs to it in the history of the musical theatre.

The whole history of Romanov dynasty will be shown through the prism of the memories of the last Russian king-martyr Nikolay II. His thoughts and letters will expose the depth of the tragedy not only of the king, but the man. The quotes from the writings of Pushkin, Dostoevskiy, Blok, Paracelsus, John Krondschtatskiy are used in the scenario.

The pictures from the life in Yekaterinburg, interiors and sceneries in a newsreel picture are shown on the big screen. The mix of it with the music (the editing of Russian people songs, the city romance) will allow viewers to feel themselves as immediate participants of the epochal events.

The modern multimedia technologies will be used in the project. The project “Eternal truth” will become the first premier program of the Ural chorus within the frameworks of the 70-years anniversary celebration.
