The action "The pure ice of the Lake Baikal" will open the volunteer season on the Lake Baikal in 2013.

The action will take place on both sides of the Lake Baikal – in the Listvyankinskaya bay on March 30, around the area of Holodnyanki of the Barguzin Bay on 6 April 2013, where this year's festival "Baikal Fishing" will be held.  The volunteers will clean the ice and the lake shoreline of thrash. The volunteers began to clean the ice of the Baikal in 2012. Last year, volunteers gathered 150 bags of garbage 120 liters each on the ice of Lake Baikal and cleaned the lakeside in Listvyanka and the area of Yartsy of the Pribaikalsky district of Buryatia. This year the organizers plan to bring about 300 people to the ice.
