The Ministry of Culture will create a new department which will control the use of property of the subordinate organizations.

"The jurisdiction of the Ministry of Culture of Russia includes 219 subordinate organizations, it is a large property complex. At the moment, the structure of the Ministry does not allow to properly control its use, so we addressed the Central Office of the Government of the Russian Federation in order to obtain the permission to establish a special property department" - the representatives of the agency said.

The creation of a new department, according to representatives of the Ministry of Culture, will not lead to the increase in staff or financial provision of the agency.
