      Mikhail Boyarsky will appear as Mr. Lestrade and Ingeborga Dapkunaite will play Mrs. Hudson.
      
      The project was launched in September, 2011 and took 161 film-making days. The Victorian London was represented by Petersburg and its vicinities Vyborg, Kronstadt, Pushkin, Gatchina, and Ivangorod.
      
      In the popular Soviet movie Adventures of Sherlock Holmes directed by Igor Maslennikov in 1979-1986, the British capital was represented by Riga (Latvia).
      So far it remains unknown when the movie will go on general release.
