January 2006 will be colder in most Russia’s regions, a spokesman for the Federal Weather Forecast and Environment Monitoring Service told a Tuesday press conference.
The spokesman said the winter temperatures will not drastically exceed the usual, although the forthcoming January will be colder than one of 2005. The probability is 70-77 percent.
On the whole, the spokesman believes no temperature abnormalities will be registered, we are 60-80 percent sure of it.
