Innovations Against Ticks
Biostop suit

Russian scientists recommend wearing an anti-tick suit for protecting one from these tiny and dangerous blood-sucking arachnids.
Existing repellents and acaricide agents are unable to guarantee one wont be bitten. Vaccines protect from mite-borne encephalitis, but are helpless against other tick-transmitted disease, like borreliosis (Lyme disease), anaplasmosis, ehrlichiosis and etc.
Biostop, a suit treated with a tick-poisoning substance, showed 100% efficiency in tick fighting. Special fabric prevents ticks from leaving poisonous parts of the suit, where they die within 4 minutes. The suit is totally safe for human beings, survives up to 50 washings and works for three years.
