Regional government, city administration and a large building company have signed a tripartite agreement on the project of a tourist recreational complex on the central city island.
      
      The main requirement put forward to developers is preservation of the island as a natural site and use of minimum quantity of concrete during building. First of all it is planned to park an arboretum on the entire area of the island and then harmoniously include a yacht marine, an aquapark, an entertainment complex, a city beach, an artificial lake for fishing, and many other things. The beginning of realization of the project is planned for autumn 2011.
