Imperial Faberge Easter eggs from the collection of Peterhof Memorial Estate are on display in the Moscow Kremlin.
Along with Faberge Easter eggs the visitors will see works by contemporaries of the famous jeweler. The exposition will also include pieces from the State Hermitage and the Pavlovsk State Memorial Estate.
The exhibition will run till July.
The series of the well-known eggs by jeweler Carl Faberge was created between 1885 and 1917 for the Russian imperial family and private buyers. In total it is known about creation of 71 pieces, 54 of which are imperial ones.
