By 2016 year more than 3000 km of toll roads will appear in Russia. Among them — already existing road sections and new highways.
      
       The new toll roads will be: high-speed highway Moscow-St. Petersburg. Central Ring road in the Moscow region, circular route in Kaliningrad region, also Moscow-Kazan highway and St. Petersburg-Kazakhstan border.
      
      Moreover, it is planned to charge a fee for using some existing roads which are going to be renovated and expanded. Also it is noted that every toll road will have a free alternative road detour.
