The owner of the popular mobile store "Svyaznoi" Maksim Nogotkov and the head of the MTS retail chain Sergey Rumyantsev are planning to open a chain of stores selling computers and digital electrionics.
      
      According to RBK-daily, Nogotkov is looking for some areas for medium-format stores.
      Moreover, due to Nogotkov the popular chain of stores Pandora will be opened in Russia. Pandora is on the third place by its sales volume after Tiffani & Co and Bvlgari stores. Nogotkov's company bought the franchise for the development of Pandora brand and it is expected that by the year 2011 the number of Russian Pandora stores will reach 30.
