The witness in the Yukos case remains in prison

Vladimir Perverzin, deputy head of the directorate of the external debt of Yukos, failed to leave the convict colony in advance because of the false report.

In June Perverzin moved to the convict colony ¹5 in Vladimir city. According to the management of the convict colony, Pervezin provoked a conflict, but the lawyer Alexei Dudnik found out it was a false statement.

Meanwhile, another penalty was imposed at Pervezin. Alexey Dudnik supposes that penalties were imposed at Vladimir to get the "necessary evidence" in the process of the "second case" of Yukos. Pervezin says he was offered to stipulate Khodorkovsky and Lebedev but he didn't give the expected evidence. As a result, Perevezin could not pretend to be released on parole.
