German Gref, russian statesman and the head of the Sberbank, declares taxes the main problem that separates business and the authority.
"The government must seek a point of contact with taxpayers introducting any new form of taxation", — said German Gref, — "It is known, that Russia has two main problems — a poor quality of management and a poor infrastructure. In the 90's there was a newspaper called "Working Tribune", and it named the third problem of business progress — the taxation system. I thought it was just a know-how, but now I see this is real."
The statesman added, that the main problem of the "taxes barricade" are those people, who create it, and this is the main historical problem in Russia.
