The sentence on Mikhail Khodorkovsky (ex-head of YUKOS) and Platon Lebedev (head of MENATEP group) will be passed on the December, 15, reports the source. The judge has begun working at the sentence on this criminal case.
      
      Mikhail Khodorkovsky has made his last statement in which he expressed his hopes for the not-guilty verdict, that the judge will have enough courage for this. Khodorkovsky emphasised that this statement will go down in history.
      
      Transcript of his final speech (text and audiofile) is available on the Svoboda Radio website which was making live transmission from the court room. Particularly, Khodorkovsky said, that the doesn't want to stay and even die in prison. But anyway, people, who wanted to imprison him, have achived that he turned into the symbol of resistance against lawlessness.
      
      Platon Lebedev has refused to make a final statement.
      
      The first criminal case against Khodorkovsky and Lebedev was opened in 2003, the second one in the March, 2009. The sentence is awaited on the second.
