Andrey Luchin is accused of illegal complicity in participation in competitions for state contracts.
      
      Andrey Luchin, though accused of high-finance swindle, still remains the director of Obraztsov Puppet Theatre. Ministry of Culture has not issued the order of his dismissal yet. His assistant is performing his functions while the process of legal process is not over. The question of whether Luchin remains his post will be cleared after delivery of a sentence.
      
      According to preliminary data, the official prepared counterfeit documents for participation of several fictitious firms in competitions. Winners got the right to sign state contracts for performing works on manufacture and repair of furniture, scenery, costumes, footwear, puppets and various theatre props.
