Enormous heat wave in Moscow and global warming

The 15th for this summer temperature record was beaten today, on the August, 4, in Moscow. The temperature fixed by Moscow Central Weather Station was 34, 3 degrees Celsius, and that is 0,3 degrees warmer than it was on the same date in 1880.
The ecologists tie enormous heat wave in Central Russia and in Moscow as well with global warming. WWF representatives are definitely sure that it is caused by the people. The heat waves like this took place earlier, but only nowadays they happen so often. The human activities have modified composition of atmosphere, and it leads to droughts
However, now they talk rather about climatic fluctuations than about global warming. Extremely cold winters are also characterising for the current situation. But it also can be reaction on the human activity.
All in all, Central Russia is enveloped in smoke of forest fires and peat logs. The most dangerous situation is around Voronezh. The city is surrounded by fires, they burn next to the nuclear power plant, which has switched off one of its nuclear units. The station is in safety.
