First centre of nuclear medicine will soon open in Novosibirsk. The centre will have all necessary facilities to help patients with tumors.
      
      The centre is expected to have a department of radionuclide therapy, and departments of neutron and neutron-capture therapy, as well as generators and a cyclotron centre, which provide isotopes, necessary for synthesizing treating agents.
      
      The centre will cost about $30 million. Treating facilities will help patients from Novosibirsk Region, Omsk Region, Kemerovo Region, and Altai Territory. The project will be funded by both state and private investors.
