Within 2000 to 2005, Russia allocated $2.1bn as loans to support domestic projects in the industry, in power supply in particular, and foreign projects, which, as stated, needed to be finished according to contracts concluded earlier.
      
      
       Finance Minister Mr Kudrin thinks it proper to revitalize cooperation in defense and technical areas, and schedule more loans for such ventures.
