Two days ago Atlantis shuttle successfully delivered the “Rassvet” module to the International space station. The module was installed and is ready to start working.

The “Rassvet” module is a pressurized module, which is a perfect platform for performing more scientific studies and experiments. The module will start operating after full integration into Russian part of the ISS, and when necessary research equipment will arrive to the International space station on “Progress” carrier rockets.
