Russian airports and Iceland volcano
travel to Russia by plane

While the European airports begin functioning little by little after the transportation collapse, caused by volcano ash cloud, the Russian airports still have some flights cancelled.

For the people, stuck in Europe, the trains and bus trips were organized, but the extra cars in the trains following from Europe to Russia and buses like Berlin – Kaliningrad were not a problem solution, because all the tickets were immediately sold.

The Russian air carriers have cancelled 505 flights and delayed 90 ones already in 12 airports all over the country.

They are Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo, Vnukovo in Moscow, Pulkovo in St. Petersburg, the airports of Kaliningrad, Rostov-on-Don, Yekaterinburg, Tyumen, Samara, Novosibirsk, Murmansk and Voronezh. Some of them already resumed functioning.

Russia-IC offers a taxi service for all foreigners coming to Moscow. Here you can book a taxi to take you from one place of Moscow to another as well as a transferrr from/to Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo and Vnukovo airports, when all of them will open.
