Moscow will host the 2013 Miss Universe at Crocus City Hall on November 9, 2013. Miss Universe Pageant takes place in Russia for the first time in its 62 year history.

The Minister of Nature plans to build a theme park, titled Reserved Russia, in the place of the Baikal Pulp and paper Mill. The park is to become the heart of the recreation zone near Baikal, it will attract lots of tourists and will provide for job places to the local people.
