India and Russia have signed an agreement on supplies of 347 tanks T-90. The cost of the contract is $1.237 billion.

Millhouse LLC, representing Roman Abramovich’s interests, buys a 40% stake of the British Highland Gold Mining, which has its business in Russia. The deal is estimated at $400 million.

Italian company Iveco, owned by Fiat, and Russian Group Samotlor-NN will manufacture light commercial Iveco Daily vehicles at the joint enterprise in the Nizhniy Novgorod Region, Russia.

By 10 a.m. Moscow Time almost 98% of all voting bulletins were sorted and counted. According to the preliminary results, the pro-presidential party United Russia has won majority of votes making 64.1%.
