Finland is gong on setting records in issuing visas to the Russian citizens. 95% of approximately 1 million Shengen visas issued by Finland 2010 were given to the Russians. Most of them come from St. Petersburg.

Russian and Finnish Railways may increase number of Allegro high-speed trains, running between St. Petersburg and Helsinki, since May, 29. Additional morning and evening trains will run from Helsinki and St. Petersburg.
