By launching flights to Moscow American Airlines hopes to stiffer competition at the market of international transportation with another American air company – Delta that carries out flights to Moscow from New York and Atlanta.

The Embassy of Switzerland in Moscow has been trying to reach agreement with the Federal Agency for Air Transport of Russia over flights of the Swiss air carrier Flybaboo to St. Petersburg.

Double-decker tourist buses will appear in St. Petersburg this summer. Their presentation took place in the framework of the sightseeing excursion City-Tour.
