Yekaterinburg, the capital of the Ural Federal District of Russia, promises to create a developed Muslim infrastructure in the city by the annual summit of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) that will take place there in 2009.

The Russian air company S7 Airlines has successfully passed the procedure of the International Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) and has become the second Russian airline certified by International Air Transport Organization (IATA).

In half a year S7 Airlines is launching flights on the route between Moscow and Dublin due to a growing demand from business travellers and tourists in both countries.
