The Japan airline JAL increases the number of its regular flights between Moscow and Tokyo from March, 28 2005.

The Russian Ministry of Transport holds a tender for the construction of a new Moscow – St. Petersburg paid highway. The results of the tender will be announced at the end of March. Among the project’s investors will be both Russian and foreign companies

The event has been initiated by representatives of all cities located on the 60th circle of latitude, where winter is the major season.

The Moscow underground will soon be equipped with high-tech video observation and communication systems
