The Syrian Kurds support Russia’s actions in fighting the militants of the “Islamic state” (IS) and hope for military cooperation with Moscow.

The Russian aircrafts have destroyed a bunch of armored vehicles and tanks at the base of the terrorist group “Islamic State” (IS, an organization prohibited in the Russian Federation) in Syria.

The actions of Russia in Syria only aggravate the internal conflict in the country. This statement was delivered by the Secretary of Defense of the USA Ashton Carter.

On Sunday, October 4, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that during the previous day the Russian aircrafts had made 20 flights, inflicting strikes on 10 militants’ objects of the “Islamic State” (IS,ISIL, an organization prohibited in the Russian Federation) in Syria.

The first pictures of the Russian pilot who returned from the combat flight to an air base near the Syrian Latakia have appeared on the Internet.

The Russian air group has stricken 50 terrorist objects of the “Islamic State” since the beginning of the operations in Syria.

At least 12 militants were killed, including those of high rank, as a result of the attacks of the Russian Aerospace Forces.
