Access to Red Square in Moscow is limited during the next several days. The reason is preparation and holding the festival of military festival Kremlin Dawns that will take place in Red Square in the Russian capital on 13-16 September. Besides, on 10-17 September Lenin Mausoleum will also be closed. At the four entrances to Red Square there will be set special metal detectors to pass which will be possible only on the 13th of September if a visitor has a ticket to the festival. According to press-secretary of the Russian Union of Travel Industry Irina Tyurina, “Lenin Mausoleum has not been visited much lately; this is why its closing can hardly create problems for travel companies` work.” According to the festival’s programme, every evening t 8.00pm Moscow time there will take place a 1.5-hour performance with participation of the cavalry escort of the presidential regiment, 350 bagpipers from different countries, a German wind band, etc., with over 1500 participants of the whole. Besides, several high-ranking persons are expected to attend the festival.
