1888—Anton Makarenko, pedagogue, writer, is born.
Makarenko is the most famous Soviet teacher and pedagogy theorist. His experience is excessively used by Soviet, Russian, and foreign teachers. Makarenko abandons the idea of innate character of a person, and makes great emphasize on upbringing of children.
