	1927—Eldar Ryazanov, a famous film director, scriptwriter, actor and poet, is born. His works are blending the sad and the funny, his favourite movie genre being tragic comedy.
	1868—The Russian Chemical Association is founded by the initiative of Dmitry Mendeleyev. The activity of the society plays an important role in the organization of science research in Russia till 1917.
