Foreign citizens are given education in all specialities taught in Moscow State University of Culture and Arts based on RF educational standards:

After finishing the course graduates receive diplomas (in English).
Educational training is provided on contract basis or on federal budget funds in accordance with inter-governmental agreements.
International Faculty offers following education programs:

How to apply
The applicant should submit following documents:
- Visa registered at RF Embassy or Consulate according to Moscow State University of Culture and Arts letter of invitation signed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation,
- Passport
- Secondary education certificate
- Health Insurance Policy
- Medical Certificate including AIDS test results
- 10 photos (3X4)
When to apply
- Applications are accepted:
- Preparatory courses - April 20 - September 30;
- Higher professional education - June 1 - August 20(full-time); August 30 (distant learning);
- Post-graduate courses - June 1 - December 20;
- Russian language courses - all the year round
The International Faculty offers extra service in teaching Russian language for foreign citizens (from elementary to advanced levels) and organizes testing of Russian as a foreign language for those who need it for further education or for getting the Russian citizenship.
