MTUCI implements educational professional programs aimed to increase professional level and level of general education of a student.
The University also implements a multilevel structure of higher education. MTUCI is entitled to train specialists who get higher education diploma according to the standard established and are conferred an appropriate qualification.

Admission:

To be enlisted to MTUCI first year an applicant is obliged to take the preparing course of MTUCI or other higher educational establishment of Russian Federation.
Another requirement is a certificate of education corresponding to the level of secondary school and a medical certificate with obligatory HIV-test results.
