In TSTU foreign students study at International Education Faculty, which had passed Russian Federation Ministry of Education attestation in 1996. The faculty enrolls and trains foreign citizens to enter Russian universities and to speak Russian language (Russian Language courses). Well-qualified stuff holds various administrative and educational activities with all foreign TSTU students. Application Procedure:

  • Applicant should fax to the University or write a “study in Russia” application letter indicating first and last names, date of birth, passport number, address of residence, fax and e-mail and also his country’s Russian Embassy fax number for visa support.
  • After invitation letter being received, applicant should apply to Russian Federation Embassy for entrance visa.
  • After getting entrance visa and ticket purchase applicant should inform TSTU about the date and time of arrival to Moscow in case of meeting necessity.
