One of the major festivals of alternative music in Russia, Park Live will rock for the 6th time on the bank of the Moscow River. The headliners of the grand three-day open-air is the Massive Attack, the fathers of the "Bristol sound" and Gorillaz, the resurgent British sensation of the 2000s.
Traditionally, Park Live brings together rock stars of the first magnitude only. In various years, it presented The Muse, Limp Bizkit, System Of A Down, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Paramore, Lane Del Rey, The Killers, Deftones, Die Antwoord, Zemfira, Mumiy Troll, and many other famous bands on its stages. In 2018, the festival organizers are going to gain traction as well. The headliners announced for the 6th Park Live will make numerous alternative music fans count down the days left till the event start.
Gorillaz, one of the world’s most famous virtual bands, will visit Russia with a single performance. Members of the Guinness Record Book and holders of the Grammy Award, they released the studio album Humanz in 2017, the first album in seven years. The album that skillfully blends pop, electronics, R'n'B and rock-and-roll, marked the triumphant reunion of the cartoon quartet and became a harbinger of their visit to Russia.
In addition, the audience will be plunged into trance by trip-hop fathers, the Massive Attack and Tricky. Besides, the list of festival superstars includes the French wizard of electric house, David Guetta, the Icelandic blues sensation Kaleo, eccentric Tove Lo from Sweden, dauntempo maestro Bonobo from Britain, and other much-awaited celebrities.
