Moscow Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship, in cooperation with the State Budgetary Institution "Small business of Moscow", developed an online service that will help entrepreneurs to choose the most appropriate tax regime, the official website of the Moscow Mayor reports.
The service "Choose the tax regime" is already available on the site of the State Budgetary Institution, working in the test mode. Over next two weeks the developers are planning to get feedback from entrepreneurs.
How to determine the tax regime for Individual Entrepreneur? The essence of this knowledge means the correct and timely submission of reports and fees for taxes. Otherwise, you risk getting stuck in permanent fines, blocked settlement accounts and unceasing fines.
In order to receive some recommendation, the entrepreneur will have to answer a number of questions about his/her business: for example, what annual income does he/she expects, how many employees he/she plans to hire and who will be the main clients of the company - physical or legal entities. In total there will be seven questions.
As a result, he/she will be offered the most appropriate tax regime - a general, simplified, patent system or a single agricultural tax - and informed about its specifics and features.
In Russia, duties will be abolished when applying for registration of a legal entity and the status of an individual entrepreneur, as well as on fees for the liquidation and reorganization of entrepreneurs and legal entities. The only point is that all these operations shall be carried out online. The State Duma adopted the corresponding drat law in the third and final reading. It is expected that it will enter into force on January 1, 2019. To find details check the law or consult our Russian attorneys for comprehensive clarifications.

"The innovation will reduce the costs of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, and will also contribute to the development of entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation," as reported on the website of the Duma. It is also noted that the cancellation of duties will reduce the costs of state agencies in the registration process - the reception of applicants and processing of announcements, as more people will file documents online. Now the fee for the registration of the legal entity is 4000 rubles, for registration of the individual entrepreneur - 800 rubles.
