How to file a claim in Russia through Whatsapp?

The most reliable ways to send and deliver claims are the following:

• Russian Post,
• courier services,
• an e-mail.

But the parties have the right to choose other ways. For example, fax, SMS, Whatsapp, Viber, Telegram, ICQ or Skype. The main thing is to formulate correctly the terms of the agreement on the method of sending the claim by means of the messenger.

If the wording is "bad" - consider that the claim procedure in the contract is not established. The condition can be disregarded. An example of a formulation that does not raise any questions by the court is the following: "The parties send claims to each other by means of Whatsapp service using phone numbers: 8 (999) 111-22-23 (Romashka, LLC) and 8 (999) 222-11-13 (Fialka, LLC).
