Roskomnadzor added tens of thousands of IP addresses of Microsoft cloud servers to the registry of banned sites. This is evidenced by the data from the unofficial copy of registry download.
The subnet of 131 thousand IP-addresses were blocked, 32 thousand of which belong to Azure cloud platform. Roskomnadzor blocked more than 2.5 million IP-addresses on April 17. The access to Google and Amazon resources was restricted.
Moreover, it was reported on blocking subnets of popular provider ofthe Digital Ocean cloud structures. The blockages are related to the restriction of access to Telegram messenger in Russia.
According to the court decision, since April 16, the service is prohibited in the country until its representatives transfer the encryption keys to the users' correspondence to the FSS. Against the blockage was the American Civil Liberties Union calling on Amazon, Google, Microsoft and Apple to allow Telegram to change IP addresses without limits.
