About myself within Russia-IC project:

My playground in Russia IC project is Science & Education. Since I’m doing a PhD project in Microbiology, science is of great interest to me. In Russia IC Science column I’m responsible for news, scientific articles, some useful tips for those, who are interested in Russian education, etc. For those, who decide to come to Russia to study through Russia IC, I will be the contact person and the guide. I wish you a nice time here, in Russia.

About the Russia-IC project:

For me, Russia IC is very useful for foreigners, who want to get fast, accurate answers and correct information on their questions and requests. People, who work here (me as well), love their country and want people all around the world to have the authentic view of Russia. Russian science has always been very strong, and I want it to become stronger through international cooperation, which Russia IC may help to establish.

About myself:

My hobbies are quite diverse.

I’m nuts over European – François Ozone, Pedro Almodovar, Emir Kusturica, Fatih Akin, Patrice Leconte, etc – and Asian – Kim Ki-Duk, Chan-wook Park, Takeshi Kitano, Nagisa Oshima – cinema. I also like anime of Ghibli studio, like Princess Mononoke, Spirited away and Kiki’s Delivery Service.

My favourite sports are capoeira – Brazilian martial art with acrobatic and dance elements – and downhill skiing.

As for food preferences, Mediterranean cuisine is the best, IMHO. And do not forget cheesecakes, plum pies and milkshakes!!!
